Chip and Courtney were phenomenal hosts. Very communicative and extremely helpful! The home was clean and well appointed. We felt right at home, which made our trip just that much better. We will definitely be planning another trip!

We’ve stayed in several Airbnbs in Cape Charles. This was our first time within the gated community. The home was spacious, newer than most rentals we’ve had, and perfect for our family. We loved it.
We enjoyed walking the beaches, biking all around, visiting the bookstore and shops, and exploring Kiptopeke. We had lunch at the Shanty and dinner at the Oyster Farm. We rode bikes to the Mason Avenue Bakery for Breakfast. Cape Charles is our favorite getaway for quality family time.

Great spot with everything we needed for our family with three kids. Location was great and had a spot to charge our rental golf cart as well. Included beach supplies and plenty of space to hang in the backyard!

We had a wonderful week at Casa Fresca. Great walkable location, super clean and charming place and fantastic hosts who make you feel right at home. We especially loved eating breakfast outside on the patio in the morning and enjoying the afternoons on the front porch. Thank you for a fantastic stay Chip and Courtney.. We hope to return again soon!

We took a last minute, quick getaway weekend and much to our surprise this home was still available, perfect dates because they were booked on the front and back sides. The host was super responsive and accommodating. The home was as described and super clean. The location was great and a golf cart was perfect to add on for our travel, charging was an easy task at the home. Wish we could have stayed longer for the private beach access, very convenient as well as the hot tub and fire pit would make for fun times with family and friends. Everything is right at your finger tips when you vacation in this home! We will back. Thank you for your hospitality!

My husband and I have family in the area, but wanted a place of our own while we were in town. Chip's place was perfect for that. The house was as pictured/described, with a well stocked kitchen.
They had a high chair and some toys out which our kids appreciated! Very family friendly!
Will absolutely plan to stay again when we're back in town.

We had the most amazing stay at this Cape Charles Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful coastal décor—it was so thoughtfully done and truly captured the charm of the area. Every detail felt intentional, cozy, and picture-perfect.
The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect setting to celebrate our friend’s upcoming marriage, and it made the whole weekend feel even more special.
Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish, and welcoming place in Cape Charles. We would absolutely come back!

Beautiful townhome! Everything was clean and exactly like the pictures. Loved the master bedroom set up and attached bathroom. Easy to get everywhere since this location is in the center of town. Parking was also great with specified spaces right out front. Will definitely be back!

This home is perfect for families and walkable to all that Cape Charles has to offer! The fenced in backyard was perfect for letting a toddler runaround and get energy out. The house had a lot of amenities and offerings that allowed us to make some meals and get the most out of our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location to beach and small downtown area. No need for car keys; just park and vacay🤗
Make sure you try Dead Rise Pizza just 2 blocks away. Amazing pizza and fabulous service.
Cape Charles never disappoints when you need some down time with beautiful views, hometown vibes and good food!
Andrew and Chip's home was a beautiful space to enjoy all that this little coastal town offers.
