Our stay at Chip’s place was wonderful. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The home appeared recently renovated. It was very nice inside. There was plenty of room for cars and the boat on the trailer to park near the house. Chip even went out of his way to ensure we had a hose to wash down the boat at the end of each day. He also made sure we had access to an electrical outlet to charge our boat batteries each night. The only shortfall we found here was the fact that the home is on a major road leading into town and it was very difficult to get the boat backed into the driveway, especially at night when we came home from fishing. It was a little busy and dangerous at times. Not an optimal situation for us traveling with a boat. Overall an excellent place and Chip is an excellent host. Just not the best for traveling with a boat on a trailer.

This might be the nicest home I’ve stayed in. It was the first Airbnb experience for some in my group and I fear the bar is very high now. The screened porch and included golf cart were our most used features

We had a great stay. The kitchen was updated and had a lot of the things we forgot, the backyard was great, and we were very comfortable. The golf cart was an added bonus; we used it multiple times to the beach and area restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 year old boys. The house was pristine, kid friendly, and close to all the wonderful things to enjoy in Cape Charles. We will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip to town!

Chip was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire booking process and stay. The house is immaculate!! You feel right at home the minute you walk in. The house is in a prime location. It is very walkable to the beach and to town. It is also very dog friendly, which was important to us. Gifts were left for us at check in and during our stay. Chip and Courtney are by far the best hosts we have ever dealt with. We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely be back ourselves!

The home was in a great location, with a nice seafood restaurant just a short walk away. The house was charming and worked great for our family. The host was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a great house. The golf cart was perfect for cruising to the beach and around town. Outdoor shower was also so useful for little kids! Loved the screened in porch, ate every meal out there. So many things about the stay was so thoughtfully crafted for a good experience. Would love to make this a yearly trip for our family.

This was my second stay and it will certainly not be the last. Fantastic house and location. We were able to walk everywhere and the drive to the beach was short.

We had such a lovely time during our visit. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Best location! Very short walk to the beach, park, and playground! Just a few blocks from the restaurants and shops. Chip and family were super helpful and responsive. Wish we had a few more days. We will be going back soon.

This spot was the perfect, quiet location to enjoy chincoteague island. The hosts do a really great job of making sure you have everything you need and are very responsive if anything comes up. You can walk to a lot of different restaurants and shops from the air bnb and it’s less than a mile away from the national park. We would definitely stay here again!
